Magura HS33 Rim Brake

The all new 2011 Magura HS33 has some of the best features compared to the Magura HS33's from the previous designs. While maintaining some of the best features from its original design, other aspect of the HS33 have been updated making the 2011 one of the best rim brakes available on the market.

Updated Features
- Flip flop design: no need to specify left or right as it can be used on either side.
- New TPA design: Tucked behind the lever with an updated knob for precise and smooth adjustment*
- Two-piece master cylinder clamp: No need to take off the grip for installation or removal
- New "EBT" Easy Bleeding Technology: Makes bleeding much easier compared to the previous models
- Composite lever: Updated design for strength while shaving off some weight
- Brake cover featured on master & slave cylinder to hide the hose with an attractive look

Other Features
- Compatible with EVO2 adapters
- Includes an olive so you can shorten the length of the hose for front or shorter wheelbase frames
- Compatible with all current HS33 pads
- Comes with Magura black pads
- Color: Black cover with silver composite lever

- Do not over tighten the two-bolt clamp on the master cylinder; the removable clamp with the arrow pointing up should be tightened fully first
- Tightening the other end just enough to allow the brake to move with strong force; this prevents the brake from being damaged during a fall
- TPA adjustment should only be used during a ride; the distance of the pads should be adjusted periodically by moving the slave cylinders; this is more effective with better brake performance while reducing premature wear/tear on the pads and the slave cylinders
